Dr. Comer comes from New Madrid, a small town in southeast Missouri. While in his first year of college and deciding what he would like to commit his studies to, he started shadowing several people in different professions. After shadowing a dentist and an oral surgeon, he decided dentistry was what he wanted to do. He saw the opportunity to have a hands on career while making a concrete improvement on the life of other people. Dr. Comer decided that was the route he would take in life and has very much enjoyed the journey since!

Through his advanced education and time spent within the Navy as a dentist, Dr. Comer gained extensive hands-on experience in various areas of dentistry including surgery, root canals, restorative procedures, and cosmetic enhancements. Dr. Comer regularly participates in continuing education courses to refine his skills and expand his knowledge, ensuring that his patients benefit from the most effective and innovative treatments available.

Dr. Comer has a wife and three children, as well as two dogs, ensuring he is always busy even when not working. Dr. Comer is a self-professed nerd, enjoying tabletop gaming and miniature painting. He also enjoys reading on various subjects and working with his children on their hobbies and sports ambitions. He himself is a big Saint Louis Blues fan and is excited to be close enough to attend games after several years on the coast for Navy assignments.
